My philosophy

I’m a full-time REALTOR® serving Cedar Rapids and communities across Eastern Iowa. Before real estate, I built a career around complex operations, inventory strategy, and serving customers across a global aerospace network. That experience taught me to anticipate problems, communicate clearly, and keep a lot of pieces moving in the same direction.

I’ve also worked as a home inspector and spend plenty of time improving my own 1959 home. I’m the person who wants to understand the panel, the plumbing, the layout, and the possibilities—not because every home needs to be perfect, but because better information leads to better decisions.
